Black Mil-Spec Leather Collar is identical to our Burgundy Military Spec Heavy-Duty collar in every way except in color. This dog collar is made of a double layered single piece of leather for optimum strength. The collar measures 22" x 1 1/4" with eight holes for sizing. The holes are set 1" apart.
