- View our products, enter quantity desired and click Add To Cart button.
- When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout link to begin the checkout process. Please follow the directions provided. You must fill in all required fields for order to be processed.
- The first time you place an order, you will be asked to enter basic Account information. For all subsequent orders, you will only need to Login, or enter your personal ID (which is your e-mail address) and password. All of your account information will appear on checkout screens when you are logged in. However, for security purposes, we will not retain your credit card information.
- There are a few items that you cannot purchase online due to security issues or sizing requirements. But you can print these items and place your order by phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Online orders must be paid by credit card. For other payment options, such as purchase orders, please call our customer Service Representatives at (800) 444-0404 to order and make payment arrangements.
- Online orders can only be shipped within the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service. If you require expedited delivery, other shipping arrangements, or to place an International order, please call our Customer Service Representatives at (800) 444-0404.

- Phone, Fax or Mail orders must be prepaid by check or credit card unless other terms have been previously approved. Prices are F.O.B. Colorado Springs, CO (you pay freight). Mail orders must include shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped to customers in Colorado and Virginia will be subject to applicable state and local sales taxes.

F-Series Warranty Validation Form - If you own a Ray Allen F-Series Deployment and Heat Alert System, please complete this form and fax to Ray Allen at 719-380-9730. This will validate the 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on your F-Series System.
