Made of heavy-duty black nylon, measuring 3" wide by 5" long, it is available plain (you sew on your Department patch) or with our German Shepherd (RAP3) or Malinois (RAP4) patch sewn on. Velcro® closure fits any collar, including our Nylon Patrol Harness (TH-3).
